Terms of Service
We are committed to providing the highest standards of service. Please review our Terms of Service for a clear understanding and maximum benefit on every trip.
- A deposit of 30% of the total car rental fee is required in advance.
- Overtime rate (OT) 400 baht per hour
- Working period: 10 hours (can start counting from any time of the day, but must not be later than midnight of that day)
- Car rental prices do not include fuel, expressway fees, parking fees, and other travel-related expenses.
- If there is a withholding tax, the customer must inform the company before using the service.
- In case of traveling to other provinces, there is a driver accommodation fee of 600 / night.
- If you wish to postpone your trip, you must notify us at least 3 days before your actual trip.

In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a reservation
- In case of cancellation of booking, after the customer has paid the deposit, if the customer cancels 7 days before the travel date, the company will refund the full deposit to the customer.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before departure, the company reserves the right to refund the deposit.
- In case of cancellation or reduction of the number of days of service during the trip, the company will charge the full car rental fee as agreed in the quotation.
